Display Preferences

Text size

A range of sizes for displaying text in certain areas of the user interface (for example, the Messages tab). Select a size:

• Smallest

• Smaller

• Medium

• Larger

• Largest 

Auto expand messages tab

Whether the Messages tab that displays Recovery messages automatically expands when there are messages to be displayed.

Select Yes or No.

Auto expand roll messages

Whether the roll Messages window that displays Information and warning messages automatically expands when messages arrive.

Select Yes or No.

Mini View transparency

Mini View appears solid when the cursor is over it.

When the cursor is not over Mini View:

• To keep Mini View solid, set the transparency at 0 percent.

• To see other windows under Mini View, set the transparency at a value from 1 to 90 percent.

Enhanced Attention! status

Whether the entire screen flashes yellow when the status is Attention! This provides enhanced visibility from a distance and prompts the operator to deal with the recovery messages in the Messages tab.

To stop the flashing, click once anywhere in the screen. It will not flash yellow again (even for new recovery messages) until the operator clears the Messages tab.
