The edge detection failed because the media is not correctly positioned on the drum.

To correct the error:

1. Click Eject. The device ejects the plate.

2. Check the media:
   ·  Did it match the media size in the job?
   ·  Was it loaded with the emulsion side (the side to be imaged) facing up?
   ·  For semi-automatic or ContinuousLoad devices: was it properly positioned in relation to the media alignment labels on the load table?
   
   CAUTION: Wear protective gloves when handling plates. Plate edges can be sharp. Failure to wear protective gloves can result in injury.

3. Load the device, following the loading procedure in the operator guide or visual quick reference guide.
