The plate needs to be removed from the load table.

Important: Do not start the recovery procedure until all the media has been ejected from the device and has gone to the processor (the device is in an idle state).

To correct the error:

1. Click Unlock from the Print Console Operation palette.

2. Open the front and rear hood (see Opening the Hood in the operator guide).

3. Remove any plates from the load table.
   Do not remove plates from any other part of the device.
   
   CAUTION: Wear protective gloves when handling plates. Plate edges can be sharp. Failure to wear protective gloves can result in injury.

4. Close the front and rear hood (see Closing the Hood in the operator guide).

5. Click Lock from the Print Console Operation palette.

6. Click Media Removed.
