Plate length around the drum is smaller than expected.

To correct the error:

1. Click Release to release the plate so that it can be easily removed.
   
   CAUTION: Wear protective gloves when handling plates. Plate edges can be sharp. Failure to wear protective gloves can result in injury.

2. Load the device with a plate that matches the media size selected in Print Console, following the procedure in the operator guide or visual quick reference guide.
