The device cannot detect the plate because of low vacuum pressure.

To correct the error:

• Click Resume to try to establish the vacuum again.

If that does not work, click Release to cancel the current job and eject one or both plates to the load table. Use this procedure to release the plate. To view a short video of the procedure, see Magnus: Releasing the plate.

To release the plate:

1. When prompted, pull out the load table.

2. Press and hold the Load Table button to start the plate or plates moving toward the front of the output device. There are two buttons available, one on either end of the load table.

3. Release the Load Table button when you can see or reach the plate.

4. Remove the plate from the load table.
   
   CAUTION: Wear protective gloves when handling plates. Plate edges can be sharp. Failure to wear protective gloves can result in injury.

5. Click Media Removed.

6. Close the load table.
