This error appears when a plate is lost from the fetcher while the fetcher is moving the plate from the cassette to the load table.

Use this procedure to release the plate. To view a short video of the procedure, see Magnus: Removing a Plate From the Slip Sheet Bin Area.

Important: Open the slip sheet bin top cover and doors only after the plates on the drum have been imaged and unloaded.

To correct the error:

1. Click Release.

2. When prompted, open the slip sheet bin top cover and rear door.

3. Remove the media from the load table and slip sheet bin area.
   
   CAUTION: Wear protective gloves when handling plates. Plate edges can be sharp. Failure to wear protective gloves can result in injury.

4. Close the slip sheet bin top cover and rear door.

5. Click Media Removed to reinitialize the device.
