This error occurs because, during initialization, a slip sheet or a small piece of slip sheet was detected above or between the slip sheet bin rollers.
Use this procedure to remove the obstruction. To view a short video of the procedure, see Magnus: Removing a slip sheet obstruction.
Important: Do not start the recovery procedure until all the media not affected by the error have been ejected (the device is in idle state). Open the slip sheet bin top cover and doors only when the plates on the drum have been imaged and unloaded.
Open the slip sheet bin top cover or rear door.
Remove the slip sheet obstruction.
Close the slip sheet bin top cover or rear door.
Click Resume to reinitialize the device.
