Thermal 3244 Platesetter MPE code

This version has Head Boot code 1.05. This is required for the next
Thermal head board.

Please refer to the release notes T324_202.

**** Known problems with this release *****

1. The 'nvs upgrade' command automatically changes the 'drum vacc'
   and 'drum pacc' nvs values. You must manually change these
   parameters back to their defaults in order not to get the
   error "Timeout on Drum Move".

   >> set drum vacc 10
   >> set drum pacc 6
   >> nvs save drum

2. The reject stamp on the Thermal conveyor does not work properly.
   To make in work in a crippled mode, you must set the following:

   >> set aldly tbs 5
   >> set aldly tps 1
   >> nvs save aldly

   This problem has been found and fixed for future releases.
