Thermal 3244 Platesetter MPE code

This is an unofficial release of the 3244 Platesetter Thermal firmware.

This version supports the E series Xilinx for the MPE (10-3692A-A)
and ALE boards. All new MPE and ALE boards from production have the
E series Xilinx support.

That is the only change between version 2.03 and 2.04.
