Description:

Initializes the autoloader and drum subsystems. All stepper axes are initialized and sent to their home positions. All air cylinders are returned to their default state. All cassette bays are locked. After the drum initialization is complete, the drum is moved to the leading edge position specified by the le_pos NVS parameter (set al lepos).
