Use this to tell the autoloader system to resume, or try again, that last part
of whatever command it was working on before it got an error and suspended.
This command will only do something if the autoloader is indeed suspended.
Note that this command will also work if the autoloader suspended during a
workstation-directed image. But...if you use this command to resume the
workstation will still think the recorder is suspended because there is no
direct communications path between the monitor task and the workstation.
Therefore the recorder and the workstation will get out of sync with each other
and either the recorder or workstation will have to be reset before things can
continue normally. It is therefore recommended that you always try to resume
from the workstation dialog box rather than the diagnostic interface.
