Description:

Stores the lens position profile generated by the autofocus system so that it can be used upon startup of imaging to focus at the edge of the plate. When focus is in hold the lens will repeatedly play back the stored profile every rotation of the drum. The drum has to be spinning, the PLL locked and the focus profile learned for this command to work. The focus mode should also be in one of the plotting modes (fmode 0 or 4).
