Description:

Used to query and control the green/HRX exposure head.

<head filter <fpos>|home>

Moves exposure head optical density filter number <fpos> into the beam path. An <fpos> value of 1 specifies the position with no filter. The optical density filters in the other positions may vary from head to head. Check the configuration record of the specific head to determine what is available.

Note that an <fpos> value of 0 positions the uniformity detector in the beam path. This is equivalent to head detector.

If home is used in place of the filter number, the filter positioning mechanism is sent to its home position. This does not properly position any of the filters in the beam path.

<head detector>

Moves the exposure head uniformity detector into position. All laser light will be deflected to the detector and no light will exit the head. The detector must be moved into place before executing the head sample command.
