head bp

Displays the current in the beam position actuator.

head bp on

Enables the beam positioning servo mechanism.

head bp off

Disables the beam positioning servo mechanism.

head bp hold

Sets the current in the beam position actuator to the hold current.

head bp <amps>

Sets the current in the beam position actuator. The <amps> parameter specifies the current. This command has no effect if the beam position servo has been turned on with the command "head bp on".

Note that this command is only used during head integration.
