Command: plot unload

Description:

Initiates a command to unload a plate from the drum. All necessary steps (unload, eject/process, etc) will be executed in turn. This is a high level command which does more error checking. Plates in the way of the one to be unloaded (eg., a plate on the unload table) will be ejected before the new one is unloaded.

If there is a suspend error during the unloading of the plate, the "plot resume" or "plot clear" commands must be used instead of the reguler "resume" or "clear" commands.

This command is only available on Thermal machines.

Applies To:

  • Platesetter_3244
  • Trendsetter_400/800_Auto
  • Platesetter_VLF

Syntax:

plot unload

Notes:

The firmware will crash if this command is sent without a plate on the drum.
