Disables checking of the optical load ramp plate sensor during loads.

• nlps=1 disables checking of the sensor.
• nlps=0 enables checking of the sensor.

On Trendsetter_400/800 the optical sensor is used to measure the plate as it is wound onto the drum. If this sensor is disabled, no checking is done and it is assumed that the operator has loaded the correct size plate.
