Disables checking of the microswitch on picker that detects when the picker is in contact with the plate stack. This indicates plate stack level in box before pick and slipsheet removal are continued and is important for propper picker positioning.

• npm = 0 enables checking of sensor.
• npm = 1 disables checking of sensor.

Notes:

If npm=0 (enabled), PY jogs until sucction cups contact the plate and compress and the microswitch is closed. A maximum jog travel of plate_search_y is allowed.

If npm=1 (disabled), The full plate_search_y distance is moved, this will most likley cause the PY stepper to stall but it will still complete the pick as it re-aligns itself using the bay tab.
