Disables the checking of the shutter cylinder sensors.

• nss = 0 enables checking of sensor.
• nss = 1 disables checking of sensor.

Notes:

When the sensors are disabled (nss=1) then the firmware defaults to delay of (shutter_delay) milliseconds before it assumes the cylinder moved as directed. When enabled (nss=0) the same amount of time is allowed for the appropriate sensor to be detected before a timeout error is generated.
