NVS Parameter: al uvt

Long Name:

uvac_threshold

Applies to:

  • Trendsetter_400/800_Auto
  • Trendsetter_NEWS

  • Description:

    The uvac_threshold parameter specifies the minimum allowable unload vacuum sensor reading required for the firmware to consider that a plate is being held by the unload table vacuum cups. When the vacuum reading is below this value, the firmware will consider that there is no plate on the unload table cups.

    The TABLE command will display the vacuum sensor reading and indicate whether it is above or below the threshold specified by uvt. The al uvs parameter is used to enable or disable the unload vacuum sensor. If the sensor is disabled, then the full delay specified by aldly vac is used while waiting for vacuum to build.

    Type:

    byte

    Default:

    • 250 (Trendsetter Autoloader)
    • 175 (Trendsetter NEWS)

    Range:

    • 0 to 1023

    Notes:

    This parameter should be set according to the following formula. Typically, the default value will be very close to this already.

    uvt = (Vp - Vnp)/2 + Vnp

    uvt = uvac_threshold. Vp = vacuum reading with vacuum turned on and plate on the cups. Vnp = vacuum reading with vacuum turned on and NO plate on the cups.
