Description:

This value specifies the maximum time to wait when locking or unlocking the Trailing Edge (TE) actuators. If the TE sensors are enabled, the system will wait until either the sensors are activated or this amount of time has expired. If the sensors are enabled and the time has expired, the system will suspend with an error message. If the sensors are disabled, the system will wait for the full amount of time specified by this parameter.
