NVS Parameter: aldrv ses

Long Name:

step_enable_sense

Applies to:

  • Trendsetter_400/800_Auto
  • Trendsetter_NEWS

  • Description:

The step_enable_sense parameter is used to control the active logic level for the stepper driver enable signal. The correct value for this parameter (0 or 1) will depend on the configuration of the stepper motor drive amplifier.

For stepper motor amplifiers that use an active LOW enable signal, set this parameter to 0.

For stepper motor amplifiers that use an active HIGH enable signal, set this parameter to 0.

    Syntax: set aldrv 2 ses

Other products have more than one stepper motors axis, so used "set aldrv 1" and "set aldrv 2" for the separate axes. The 3244 Trendsetter Autoloader has only one axis, but kept the same parameter structure for consistency.
