NVS Parameter: aldrv sf

Long Name:

slow_start_vel

Applies to:

  • Trendsetter_400/800_Auto
  • Trendsetter_NEWS

  • Description:

The slow_start_vel parameter is used to set the initial starting velocity for the unload table stepper motor when it is running at SLOW speed. The motor ramps up from slow_start_vel to slow_end_vel at a rate specified by slow_accel and ramps back down using the same acceleration slope as it reaches its target position. If the value in slow_start_vel is larger than the value in slow_end_vel, then the stepper motor will start at the speed specified by the slow_end_vel and will not ramp up or down.

SLOW speed is used for matching the speed of the plate to the speed of the processor during the final phase of the PROCESS command when transferring the plate from the unload table to the plate processor.

    Syntax: set aldrv 2 sf

Other products have more than one stepper motors axis, so used "set aldrv 1" and "set aldrv 2" for the separate axes. The 3244 Trendsetter Autoloader has only one axis, but kept the same parameter structure for consistency.
