NVS Parameter: alpos ccy

Long Name:

cassette_clear_y

Applies to:

  • Platesetter_3244

  • Description:

This is the maximum distance that the picker is jogged clear of the bay tab before the picker is withdrawn from the bay. The picker is jogged back until the bay end of bay tab is detected, cassette_clear_y is just the max distance that will be jogged if optical sensor should fail. The purpose is to make sure that the picker head will pass clear of the shutter.

Note: The inherent latency in the response time of the firmware causes the autoloader to stop between 18 & 35 mm beyond (aft of) the back edge of the bay tab, rather that exactly on the back edge as intended.

    Type:

    integer

    Default:

    • 100000

    • 0 to 500000 [mm]

    Notes:

This is used every time a plate is picked and is basically the saving grace preventing a crash when the picker microswitch is disabled.

    Partition:

    cal
