Description:

Power used when searching for an edge. This parameter is adjusted during head integration, but needs to be checked and set at the time of exposure head installation. To set the epwr value, run the edge detection setup script file available at on the hrx service pages (see link below). The default value is 100 uW, and the most common value is 53 uW.

If the value of epwr is set incorrectly, the position of the detected edge will be shifted.
