Specifies the amplification factor for the signal from the beam balance sensor.
This gain is used while doing a stroke cal or stroke profile measurement. The
gain is internally scaled with wpower so that the stroke profile values and
stroke cal setpoint are not affected by write laser power provided the
necessary gain setting does not exceed the maximum value.
Starting with thermal head firmware 1.5 the bpgain setting is also a critical
part of the "head power sum" calibration and hence should never be changed in
the field.
The value for bpgain ranges from 0 (minimum gain) to 255 (maximum gain).
