Specifies the gain parameters for the optical distance sensor component of the
autofocus servo.
The optical distance sensor determines the focus error signal by calculating the
difference between the output of the optical distance sensor and the target
value specified by the foffset parameter.
The focus error signal is applied to a PID controller whose output specifies the
setpoint for the lens positioning servo. The fkp, fki, and fkd parameters
specify the proportional, integral, and derivative gains of the PID controller.
These parameters are only used for focus modes 2,3,4 and 6.
These parameters affect the performance and stability of the lens positioning
servo. They should never be changed in the field.
