This array holds the different scaling corrections required for each thickness of
a given media. The value here is added onto the value found in gc msca to scale
the image around the drum. This table is required because of the complex stretching
which is involved in wrapping a flexo plate around a drum. Each entry corresponds to
a given plate thickness as follows:
