act lecext Turns on or off the "Extend" air solenoid for extending the hinged LE actuator bar down towards the TE clamps, putting the LE actuator into a "ready to use" position. "On" will enable the solenoid and "off" will disable the solenoid. Note that the "Retract" air solenoid must be off before the actuator can be extended.
