40416 Media Handler MDH: Cannot move separators <Direction> because <Obstruction> Trendsetter_400/800 Trendsetter_400/800_Autoloader Trendsetter_NEWS This error is reported when the separator arms are attempting to move but the firmware detects that something is in the way to prevent that movement. Possible cases are: Separator arms not allowed to move in or out if picker is in. Separator arms not allowed to move in or out if picker wrist is in. The sensor status may be checked by using the <<picker>> command. Select the RESUME button on the workstation dialog box. If this fails to correct the problem, open the plate cover and inspect the plate separator arms. They should be in the outboard position and should be activating their microswitches. If everything looks normal, then the Response Center should be called. This error is reported. Picker may have been moved in towards the plate stack through diagnostics. Faulty picker sensor(s). Direction - The direction the separators wanted to move.
