This error will generally come up when the unload table cups try to grab the plate, but it could also occur when releasing the plate if the vacuum level does not drop quickly enough. The vacuum level can be checked with the <<table>> command. The threshold is set with the "mhauto UvacThresh" and "mhauto UvacDualThresh" parameters. A command will eventually exist to help with threshold calibration. It is possible to bypass the sensor temporarily with the <<scan>> command.
