This error will indicate a firmware development error. The head manager should not attempt to communicate with the exposure head when the exposure head is offline. If the exposure head is offline, the head manager has taken the exposure head out of reset and the exposure head interface is waiting for the exposure head to complete internal initialization. The head manager should wait until the exposure head interface has completed initializing access to the exposure head. A device error has occurred: You may be able to continue by pressing the "resume" button onscreen (if present) or by resetting the device and workstation.
