This error will indicate a firmware development error. The head manager should not attempt to communicate with the exposure head when the exposure head is initializing. If the exposure head is initializing, the exposure head has completed it's internal initialization and the exposure head interface is initializing access to the exposure head. The head manager should wait until the exposure head interface has completed initializing access to the exposure head. A device error has occurred: You may be able to continue by pressing the "resume" button onscreen (if present) or by resetting the device and workstation.
