Typically this happens when a machine configured for a P22 head has a P33 head installed or a machine configured for a P33 head has a P22 head installed. To verify the correct imaging head for the device use the MCE command >>config or >>license. These will indicate if Quantum imaging (P22) is enabled or if the device is configured for a non-Quantum (P33) head. Only Thermal 1.0 / 1.7x, Tfx and Thermal 2 exposure heads are supported. Install a supported exposure head. This error is reported.
