<ServiceInformation>
<DescriptionText><text>
All new heads are capable of balancing to within 3 percent. Raising "bpmaxerr"
to 5% is usually okay on most media. Stroke cal noise is also very dependent on
the beam pointing so it may be possible to improve the stroke cal by changing
"bposn" if things have moved slightly in the head. When changing bposn try
steps of about +/- 200.

<DescriptionText><text>
Look at scorr table values with "scorr" command to see if table is corrupt.
</text></DescriptionText>
<DescriptionText><text>
Look at the "stroke profile" results to see if there are any obvious weak
pixels. If this is the problem and the weak pixel is near one end of the swath
it may be possible to chop of the problem and keep the head imaging. When
chopping pixels it is important to maintain the total imaging time so if the
laser power or drum speed cannot be raised sufficiently order a new head and
image at reduced speed untill it arrives.
