<ServiceInformation>
<DescriptionText><text>
Every thirty seconds, the thermal head firmware reads the case temperature and
compares the reading to a threshhold.
</text></DescriptionText>
<DescriptionText><text>
For air-cooled thermal heads ( either head NVS parameter casehigh or caselow is
zero; but not both ), the threshhold is hardcoded to 50 degrees C. If the
threshhold has been exceeded, the thermal head is shutdown and any plot in
progress is aborted.

<DescriptionText><text>
For water-cooled thermal heads ( neither head NVS parameter casehigh or caselow
is zero ), the threshhold is hardcoded to 40 degrees C. If the threshhold has
been exceeded, the thermal head is shutdown and any plot in progress is aborted.
