For air-cooled thermal heads ( either head NVS parameter casehigh or caselow is zero; but not both ), the threshhold is hardcoded to 15 degrees C. If the threshhold has been exceeded, this error message is provided for informational purposes only. For water-cooled thermal heads ( neither head NVS parameter casehigh or caselow is zero ), the threshhold is determined by the NVS parameter caselow. If the threshhold has been exceeded, this error message is provided to disable the chiller and for informational purposes. This error code applies to Thermal Head firmware version 1.30 and above. No action is required; this message is for informational purposes only. This error is reported. The thermal head is getting cool.
