README CS XPOSE 2.00.051

New Feature:

CS Xpose 2.00.051 now supports 270 degree rotation (rotate image 90 degrees left) along with 90 (rotate image 90 degrees right), and 180 degree rotation. You enable this option from the Preferences dialog box. Once enabled, the 270 degree option appears in the default.jtt dialog box.
