Tfx Command: foc sensor [<Start LPos> <End Lpos> <Step size> <Sample size>]


Variables	Start LPos	The starting lens position for the measurements.
	End Lpos	The final lens position for the measurements.
	Step size	The lens position step size between data points.
	Sample size	The number of samples taken and averaged at each lens position.
Description	This command measures and displays the focus sensor data over a range of lens positions. The data displayed is as follows:
	<Lens Position in microns> <PSD Sum> <PSD Difference> <Focus Error>
	If no parameters are entered the defaults are:
	<Start LPos> = -100 microns <End LPos> = 100 microns <Step size> = 5 microns <Sample size = 1000
