Displays messaging information as follows:

| <Type>: Total=<Total>, Available=<Available>, Minimum=<Minimum>, Timeout=<Timeout>

| The type of messaging structure will be one of the following:
| Strings are used for implementing the ASCII monitor and packets are used for implementing the binary datalink. Strings and packets are simply one partition of a partition pool.
| The total partitions is the maximum number of partitions that can be allocated by the system. The available partitions is the number of partitions that are available to the system. The minimum partitions is the minimum number of partitions that were available to the system. The timeout partitions is the number of partitions that could not be queued due to a timeout.
| The minimum partitions and the timeout partitions are intended to aid firmware development. Since the system crashes if resources cannot be allocated, the minimum partitions helps determine the requirements of the system. Since a partition that cannot be queued will typically result in the information being discarded, the timeout partitions helps determine the requirements of the system.
