[00602] Diodes are locked by another process

Service Information The diodes can only be used by one function at a time. For example, if you are calibrating the power, you cannot plot at the same time. Likewise, you cannot change diode settings if calibration or plotting is taking place.

Operator Action Stop the function which is using the diodes, or wait for it to complete.

Causes
  • The diodes are in use by another function.
