During initialization, the directory subsystem attempts to verify the flash and the firmware bundle. This will initialize the entire directory subsystem and verify all required resources. If any error occurs, the directory subsystem is disabled and this error is returned for all monitor commands.

| Note that immediately after initialization, the actual error that caused the initialization failure ( as well as this error ) will be displayed on the diagnostic port.
