Tfx Errorcode: [01002] Sensor gain not initialized


Service Information	The sensor gain has not been initialized. If this error occurs in the field, it means sensor gain parameters in the flash have become corrupt. The power sensor must be calibrated against an internal sensor, so there is no way to set the values in the field.
	Try to get a parameter file for this specific head, so you can restore the DPS parameters. Otherwise the head will have to go back to Creo for calibration.
Operator Action	Call Service for the parameter file for this head.
Causes	Sensor gain is not initialized, therefore the DPS parameters are probably corrupt.
