Service Information The flash device signals the completion of a program / erase command through a polled acknowledge. This error indicates that the flash device has not responded to the polled acknowledge.

Operator Action Call service.

Causes
  • The flash device did not respond to a program / erase command. The most likely cause is a failure of the flash device.
