[01306] Checksum of Waveform data invalid

Service Information The Auto-focus system allows waveforms to be loaded for testing of various components of the system. This error indicates checksum of the received data was wrong. This error should not occur during normal operation of the machine.

Operator Action Call service.

Causes
  • Check the format of the waveform file.
