[01349] Mismatch between focus samples/image area and image parameters

Service Information The auto-focus system counts the number of focus samples that occur during the imaging portion of the drum rotation (or image cycle). If the measured value doesn't match the number of image samples calculated based on the image parameters received by the head this error is generated.

Operator Action Call service.

Causes
  • The number of mainscan image pixels is set incorrectly.
  • The drum diameter parameter is set incorrectly.
  • The media thickness is set incorrectly.
  • The drum RPM is set incorrectly.
  • The image DPI is set incorrectly.
