[01344] Image too small: Not enough focus samples

Service Information This error is obsolete in TH2 firmware V1.02 and higher, and TFX firmware V1.23 and higher.

This error indicates that there are less than 35 focus samples in the mainscan direction. In cases where there are too few focus samples, the focus servo can't function properly, and image artifacts may occur. Larger image sizes will be required to properly focus as the surface speed increases.

Operator Action Increase the image size.

Causes
  • The number of focus samples is too small for focus to function properly.
