[01312] Damping factor invalid: Unable to find SVF coefficients

Service Information The firmware requires an oscillatory response with low damping during the svf gain calibration, in order to measure the resonant frequency of the actuator. Ensure that the hall sensor is working (using the 'foc lpos') command, and that the current or force step is of sufficient amplitude.

Operator Action Call service.

Causes
  • The svf gain calibration routine has detected an oscillatory, but highly damped response. This could be caused by too small a step, a faulty hall sensor, a faulty coil, or a sticking lens tube.
