Service Information Before the drive to the focus actuator is enabled the power supplies are checked. If the -5 volt supply is found to be out of normal operating range (-4.75..-5.25 volt) this error is returned.

Operator Action Call service.

Causes
  • Check the -5 Volt power to the head.
