[01317] Too few oscillations to determine SVF coefficients

Service Information The firmware requires an oscillatory response with low damping during the svf gain calibration, in order to measure the resonant frequency of the actuator. Ensure that the hall sensor is working (using the 'foc lpos') command, and that the current or force step is of sufficient amplitude.

Operator Action Call service.

Causes
  • The svf gain calibration routine requires a certain number of oscillations before it can reliably determine the gains. This could be caused by too small a movement, a faulty hall sensor, a faulty coil, or a jammed lens tube.
