[01336] Focus signal too High: Media too reflective or rcvrgain too high

Service Information This error is generated if the focus sensor signal is too high for any part of the imaging portion of the drum rotation.

Note that this error code is also returned to the host as an unsolicited warning fault.

Operator Action Call service.

Causes
  • Check that the media reflectivity is set correctly.
  • Check that the specified imaging area is within the bounds of the loaded media.
